I started studying my certificate IV in veterinary nursing in 2010 and was hired by this company in June 2011. I worked part time to develop my skills whilst I completed my studies and have been here ever since! I have now been working as a fully qualified vet nurse for 5 years.

I have grown up with a house full of animals - dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs and birds. I now live with my 2 beautiful cats - Berlioz (whom I hand raised from a 2 day old kitten) and Wilson (a stray brought into the clinic that was hit by a car at 8 weeks old) and Zeeva a 3yr old green cheek conure. Although I think of myself as a cat person I have also enjoyed being a puppy preschool teacher for the last 3 years. This is my favourite way to get to know our newest clients and their new fur babies. I could not imagine myself doing any other job!
