I have worked in the Four Paws clinics since 2002. I have worked at each of the four practices for some of the time, but most of the time has been at Unley.
I moved around a great deal in my childhood, living in Queensland, England, Perth and Sydney. I spent my school years in Sydney, and studied veterinary science at Sydney university, graduating in 1994.
I have always loved animals and was inspired to be a vet after watching “All Creatures Great and Small” on the ABC. I have worked in Sydney at a busy veterinary referral practice and worked in a Canberra small animal practice for seven years before moving to Adelaide.
I have an interest in Medicine, and a keen interest in cats. Unfortunately my family are very allergic to cats so I can’t have one of my own, but love being able to get my cat fix at work. I enjoy the bond that people have with their pets and the love, affection and loyalty a pet can give. I enjoy giving the support that we as vets can give to you in the care of your pet.
I have owned several guinea pigs, and cats. Currently I have a sweet Maltese cross Shih Tzu dog called Angus. he has been a terrific addition to our family. Outside of work I love to walk my dog, I care for my family, and am involved in amateur theatre and singing. I am a mum of two primary school aged children.
I look forward to meeting you!
